MyBridge exists because we believe every young person deserves a life that's genuinely their own.
The question "What am I here for?" is one of the most important a young person can ask. It sits underneath every career decision, every relationship, every moment of restlessness or quiet certainty. Most of the time, young people are left to figure it out alone — or handed someone else's answer.
MyBridge was founded by Glen Callahan and Craig Warren with a simple premise: that self-knowledge is not a luxury. It's foundational. And that the years between 15 and 19 are exactly when the right questions — asked well, at the right pace — can change the direction of a life.
We're building something we hope will reach young people wherever they are.
These aren't marketing copy. They're in our company constitution.
This is written into our founding documents. We will never build engagement mechanics that exploit young people's psychology for growth metrics.
Everything in our platform is grounded in peer-reviewed research — Self-Determination Theory, personality science, meaning in life research. No pseudoscience.
Purpose, as we understand it, ultimately points outward. We help young people discover what they can contribute — not just what they can get.
Glen leads product, curriculum, and investor relations. His background spans philosophy, education, and organisational development — and his conviction that every person has a unique nature they can discover has driven MyBridge from the start.
Based in New Zealand.

If you're a school, an investor, a researcher, or someone who believes young people deserve better — we'd genuinely love to hear from you.
